“Gillan & Hartmann. Inc. has taken a complex design project involving completely gutting and renovating chemistry and biology laboratories and coordinating construction documents in just one year. In comparison. a project scope of this magnitude would normally run well over two years to achieve this degree of success. Extremely tight time constraints, large demands and an abundance of faith were placed in the hands of the design staff. (We) had to have this design in place and advertised for award within a short timeframe to avoid losing the funds. Gillan & Hartmann, Inc. completed design and construction documents on time and With
a level of success exceeding our expectations”
