Ft state-of-the-art "Green" building. The design focused on energy conservation and resource efficiency, incorporating embodied energy analysis, daylighting, optimized thermal shell, ice storage, dedicated ventilation for superior air quality, and environmentally responsible materials.
  • Del-Tech Park, Newark, DE: Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection engineering for the Design/Build of two laboratory/office buildings.
  • IBAH Bio Pharm, Fort Washington, PA: Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection engineering for the Design/Build of a laboratory/office building.
  • Cephalon, Inc., West Chester, PA: Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection engineering for the design/build of four office, laboratory, manufacturing facilities.
  • St. Joseph Medical Center, Paterson NJ: Design/Build of new Hospital power plant including two-1,100 kw cogenerators, and boiler plant addition. The project resulted in $1,500,000 annual savings.
