G&H has been Paoli Memorial’s preferred mechanical and electrical engineer for more than 12 years with responsibilities for engineering design and construction of departmental renovations and expansion, and for maintaining the infrastructure integrity of central mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Additionally, G&H provided Executive Engineering services for a nine-month period of management transition within the facility’s operations and management department. Executive Engineering responsibilities included acting as the Owner’s representative in the review of A/E services provided by others for renovation, interior design, and site improvements; for the acquisition and review of real estate assessments of investment properties; at municipal zoning and approvals hearings; and at Department of Health project reviews.
